Vendor Booths
Vendor booths are designed for exhibitors who are looking to sell mass-marketed items at the events.
Please note, sales of food and beverage must be pre-approved by the convention and may only be packaged foods.
Vendor booths are 10×10
Includes: (1) 8′ table, electricity, two (2) chairs
Pipe and drape are provided between and behind the booths.
Vendor booths come with two (2) weekend passes per booth. If you need additional passes these can be purchased at the regular price.
Cost: $100
Artist Alley Tables
Artist alley tables are designed for artists, crafters, cosplayers, ect.
Artist Alley tables are 8′ feet long
Includes: one (1) 8′ table, two (2) chairs
Artist Alley tables do not come with pipe and drape between Artist Alley tables.
Artist Alley tables come with two (2) weekend passes per table. If you need additional passes these can be purchased at the regular price.
Cost: $50

Exhibitors’ Hall hours are as follows (note, times are tentative and subject to change):
Setup:
Friday, October 18th, 8:00am-2:00pm
Vendor Hours:
Friday, October 18th: 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Saturday, October 19th: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sunday, October 20th: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
Tear Down: Sunday, October 20th: 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm

By exhibiting at the event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. You voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold event organizers, venue operators, managers, venue owners, their agents, and their contractors liable for any COVID-19 illness or injury in connection with you or your guests’ attendance at the event.
